BABY COLIC, GAS AND REFLUX

Baby colic if they weep sudden and without clear reason. The weep cannot be persuaded or hushed, which are :
Taking place at least during three hours a day, three days per week, and happened to continue at least during three weeks.
take its rise at first three weeks of life.
seldom happened to exceed a period of three months.
happened at babies which is growing.

Medical causes in general:
Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD)
Sensitivity to milk of formula or food.

GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX (GERD) - when an infant's muscular sphincter - where eshopagus enters the stomach - allows acidic, gastric (stomach) fluids to reflux, or flow backwards up into the esophagus and sometimes reach as high as the mouth or nose. Some babies spit up a lot over the course of a day as a result of gastroesophageal reflux -- and many of these babies aren't particularly bothered by all the spitting up. As long as your baby is happy, healthy, and growing well, your baby's doctor will likely tell you that there's no need to be concerned. Most babies outgrow garden-variety garden-variety gastroesophageal reflux on their own, as their systems mature -- something that typically happens by 12 to 18 months of age.
